Beach body is awesome. I also am doing weight watchers because of nursing I find myself binge eating and not healthy foods so I am trying to keep that in check.

I had a c section so yoga was about the only exercise I could do at first.

Yoga is good exercise and easy on your body post pregnancy.

I agree with Beachbody! And mixing cardio and weights for types of workouts. I joined after baby and loved that I could workout during nap time in my home. There are several "baby and me" workouts on there, too, using your baby as a weight.

Walking and plank - great combination! I also switched from regular milk to nut milk and THAT made a big difference!

Walking was really good, and I also did IF- Intermittent Fasting.  I wouldn't do it if you are breastfeeding but I was able to lose weight fast after I was done breast-feeding.  Walking, Jumping Jacks, and Planks.  They help a lot too.  Also barre. Its expensive classes but you can do it in your home if you have access to you-tube on your tv.

Beachbody really helped me - I did a variety of those workouts. Also, LOTS of walking - esp. if you want something easy to get your body warmed back up slowly.

I've found a mix of cardio and weights has been the most effective. I typically only have 10-15 minutes to work out, but I bought a kettlebell and have been looking up videos and workouts to use with it. It's not been super fast progress, but I'm down 13 pounds since February. I've also been making better food choices and prepping meals more efficiently so I'm less likely to default to nothing but junk. I mean, I still eat the junk, just not as much.

Walking-outside or inside on the treadmill. I would take my baby on daily walks when the weather was nice!

We got a peloton and it has been worth every penny! Workout whenever and  whatever time you want!

Definitely walking and drinking lots of water. Some free weight strength training will help, too.

I joined a local (indoor) pool for a few months and it really helped get my hips back.  I don't really mean that it slimmed me down, but after pregnancy my hips didn't really seem to be inline or something.  I experienced a lot of cracking and popping. Swimming was low impact and seemed to help me loosen up a little.
