I've had some weird run-ins with strangers while pregnant! People asking to touch your belly, when you're due, etc. Tell me your stories!

I'll start: While I was getting my nails done a woman came up and asked me how far along I was. When I told her 36 weeks she asked me if I was sure, and if the baby ok because I wasn't big enough to be that far along.

Excuse me? 😂

What are some of your weirdest encounters?

not weird, but rude.. I was at work and a customer realized I was pregnant, asked when I was due, I still have 3 months to go and she said wow are you sure its not twins, you are huge!  like wow  thanks for that.. I went and cried bc I so emotional about it.

People just kept guessing the gender! Like, you're having a boy, right? And they were always right!

Maybe not while prego, but a woman tried to tell me how to be successful with getting pregnant a 2nd time. She was in the grocery store line! She went into detail which included how I should arch my back, hold my legs up, etc. She had no filter!

How about the classic, "Are you sure it's not twins?!" Pretty sure, Karen.

Once I was at the gym and a man stood beside me and watched me tie my shoes. When I looked up he said, "that looks like it's getting hard, can't do that much longer."

The entire interaction was incredibly awkward.

As I was leaving a store I had a man say to me, "Have a nice baby!" I thought he was going to say, "have a nice day!" So I automatically replied, "thanks you too!" haha

I had two babies really close together. I saw someone I knew and told them I was pregnant. They looked at me like I was having a mental breakdown and said, "no, no you just had your baby, remember?" Like I could forget!! haha. Nope, surprise!! Another one is coming.

Once in a mall a stranger came up to me and rubbed my belly... said "buddha show me the way"... I called the belly buddha for the next several months because of that experience.

With my first someone tell me they were proud of me for not having an abortion. I was a single mom at the time. Crazy? Yes.

I think the weirdest and most invasive is asking to touch the belly. I don't get why people want to touch the stomach. It's not touching the baby at all! This request makes me what to scream!

With my first pregnancy I had numerous people come up to me and touch my stomach, uninvited of course, and tell me I was having a boy because of how I was carrying. They were all wrong. It was a girl.

I had a total stranger tell me their whole at home birth story in the grocery store.  Talk about random.

It always bugged me when strangers would try to talk with you in depth about my pregnancy.  This happened most with my first because I went out more. ha ha.  With my second people would ask if it was planned.  I had to laugh.

Someone asked me if the baby had a daddy one time.

They ran up to me out of nowhere and asked me not to circumcise my baby. I was having a girl, and didn't plan on it if I had a boy.
