Though I've lost all of my baby weight and then some,my belly still looks as if I'm four months pregnant. Any tips on losing the belly flab? Summer is right around the corner šŸ˜

Make sure you don't have diastasis recti! If you do, traditional ab work will make it worse!

The only times I ever lose weight is if I limit my carbs. Iā€™m addicted to carbs, so staying away from bread, sugar, anything obviously carby makes it so much easier to get a calorie deficiency.
