You all may already know this, but I love it and wanted to share.
If you see something on Amazon you want but can't afford right away, add it to a Wish List. Allow notifications from Amazon on your phone and when that item goes on sale or a Flash Deal you'll get the notification and can grab it at a good price!

I know! I am so bad about remembering! I have to put things in my list/notes on my phone right away or I will forget it altogether. I always said having kids took my brain cells 😜

If you all have any other tips feel free to add them! I just found out about Amazon Wardrobe, try before you buy. It's been around awhile apparently LOL.

Ah I did not know this.  I have amazon prime and absolutely love it!!!  Only problem is that the app on my phone makes random on the whim purchases super easy.  Might be an issue during the late nights coming my way!  Thank you for the info.

I know LOL! If it's a want, not a need, it's super easy to justify the purchase especially if it's on sale!

I didn't realize that prices would change like that on there.  Such a great tip and I'm starting a list right now.

Wow ..didn’t know about Amazon wardrobe..that’s pretty cool. I usually avoid buyimg clothes online, as the they turn out to be quite different from the images they put online. But this is amazing ...isn’t it! You don’t even have to worry about the fitting .

You can also allow people like family and friends to access your list if they want ideas of what to get you for birthdays or Christmas.  That way you always get what you want!

What?!?!? I will have to try that! I wonder if they target sales to items sitting on wishlists for a while (like some companies do if you abandon your cart) - great tip - thank you!

I second this hard. I do this with my kids and my siblings do it with my niece and nephews which make it so easy to shop for them.

This is a great idea. I am going to start doing with my family I think. You get tired of giving gift cards. You know?

Thank you. I'm always shopping for Christmas "early" and this will help me to get the best buy and not over spend. Thanks for sharing this tip. I'll pass it on to my girlfriends!

I also noticed that when you keep an item in your cart for a few days, the seller generally tends to be motivated and will reduce your price (which you also receive notifications about). Thanks for the tip!

Thanks for sharing-- gotta love Amazon!

Does Amazon  use the Affirm method of payment, where you can pay for your purchase over time? That may be another option if you would prefer to make payments on your order.

Samantha posted this 05 May 2020

Nice to know! I've always just bookmarked it but putting it on that list an nabbing it at a great price sounds totally worth it.
