My sister in law said she could feel little kicks around 14 weeks, but she's super skinny (other than her belly of course).  I've always heard maybe around 16-18 weeks.

I always thought I felt it pretty early on. I felt flutters too but wasn't sure if it was a kick for sure. By 15 weeks I was sure they were kicks. I do miss that about pregnancy, it was one of my favorite things

I didn't feel until 23 weeks due to an anterior placenta with both my babies!

Brenda posted this 25 January 2019

I started feeling flutters at about 14 weeks but I think I was anticipating them so much that I was just really in tune with what was going on inside of there. I think a lot of it depends on the individual.

I was right at 20 weeks when I started feeling the baby.  I think that I felt it earlier but just wasn't sure what it was...like maybe just a gurgly tummy.  I can't wait for my husband to be able to feel it too!

Mel posted this 25 January 2019

16 weeks for me! It surprised me the first few times!

Melanie posted this 29 January 2019

I felt my daughter around 16 weeks and of course they kept getting stronger. I’m sure I felt that before that but tiny flutters

Amanda posted this 30 January 2019

Around 14weeks.  I feel he/she more now and I realize that some of those "flutters" i felt earlier on were the baby and not just gas.  The kicks are getting more prominent now that i'm at 20 weeks.

Kira posted this 30 January 2019

I felt my son kick around 17 weeks.  It was so exciting and I just love getting to feel him.  My husband is now starting to feel him too.

Megan posted this 30 January 2019

I felt them around 20 weeks with my first but because I knew what to feel for, much earlier with the next pregnancies. 14-16 weeks I think.

Rhiannan posted this 08 February 2019

I felt flutters around 16 weeks but was hard to tell between that and gas bubbles.  It took a while to feel real kicks which started around 23 weeks. I have heard if it is your first pregnancy the kicks start later. That was definitely true for me!

Cally posted this 08 February 2019

15 weeks!  I may have felt them sooner but I wasn't sure exactly what to expect.  You will probably start feeling it and then not notice and then all of a sudden, it will just hit you that Hey!  that's my baby!

Linda posted this 08 February 2019

For me it was around 20 weeks. Mines wasn’t as active until the end lol

Sheila posted this 08 February 2019

Around 18 weeks. It was light but it suddenly got stronger

Erin posted this 25 February 2019

For me, I started to feel the baby kick at around 16 weeks. I've known people to feel the kicks as early as 13 or 14 weeks but it was a second or third baby in those cases. Again, each woman (and baby) is different, positioning varies...

Margaret posted this 26 February 2019

I felt the first tiny flutters around 13-14 weeks, then they would get much stronger. My first wasn't until closer till 16 weeks though

Zoe posted this 02 March 2019

I felt the first flutters around 15 weeks with my first little guy. It kinda felt like little bubbles or butterfly kisses. They got much stronger as time when on but I didn't really feel the baby kick until around 18 - 20 weeks. Then I couldn't get him to stop moving! ha ha.

Mel posted this 04 March 2019

Flutters from 14-16 weeks, then full on kicks. So amazing and makes everything so real.

Tiana posted this 07 March 2019

when should u feel baby kick is different for everyone! i think i felt my daughter kicked around 17 weeks!

Ashlyn posted this 08 March 2019

I think the first little kick I felt in my tummy was around 16 weeks.. precocious moments

Pepper posted this 08 March 2019

Butterfly flutters around 13 wks. They were awesome!! 😍

The karate chops started around 20 weeks. 😄 The kicks seemed to come at same time at night.

Shaunice posted this 13 March 2019

I'm pretty sure i called the doctor every other week asking how early can you feel your baby kick. i know for first pregnancies you feel them later but i was so paranoid and scared i couldn't wait! i think i felt my kicks around 23 or 24 weeks  until i honestly couldn't tell the difference between kicks and flutters for a while!

Christina posted this 13 March 2019

I really did not feel anything until about 20 weeks. But after that it was all the time

Alaysia posted this 14 March 2019

weight must have something to do with it, I'm super skinny as well and I felt my baby kick for the first time very early. if I'm not mistaken it was around 14 weeks as well!

Tina posted this 14 March 2019

Around 13 weeks. This is my third so I suppose it happens sooner. Thought I was crazy at first or having gas. Lol.

Jessica posted this 18 March 2019

I remember my doctor warning me when should you feel a baby kick for first time pregnancies would be around 18-20 weeks. I would feel a lot of quickening early on like 14 weeks but something told me that wasn't the "real kick". I actually felt mine late comparing it to most of you alls comments, at 22 weeks. so it was a lot of flutters going on that still made me really happy to feel!

Jacqueline posted this 18 March 2019

I think it depends on the person as to when you can start to feel the baby kick. Some people say it depends on how heavy you are but I'm not sure if that is true. I'm pretty light and I started to feel my baby kick at 17 weeks. It could be based on how the baby is positioned and how in tune you are to your body.

Harmony posted this 18 March 2019

With your first baby it's later, usually around 20 weeks, maybe 18. After that it gets earlier and earlier each time.

Sydni posted this 18 March 2019

During my first progeny I felt my baby kick pretty early on, around 14 weeks. the doctor said it was just quickening but it was strong enough for me to constantly feel so I deemed it a first kick and kicks from that point on.

Laila posted this 19 March 2019

I would think if you start to feel the baby kick by 24 weeks then you are good!

Yasmin posted this 20 March 2019

you feel baby kick in your first pregnancy later then you might in your next pregnancy. I felt my daughter at 22 weeks and I actually thought that was soon I never looked up what was "normal"

Heather posted this 20 March 2019

It was between 16-19 weeks both times. I couldn't tell if it was gas or a baby for the longest time. Lol

Yazmin posted this 21 March 2019

I started to feel flutters at about 16 weeks and I knew I was feeling kicks for sure by 18 weeks or so. It was the most amazing feeling ever. I think one of my favorite parts of pregnancy!

loren posted this 21 March 2019

You can start feeling your baby kick pretty early. I felt my second child kick at 18 weeks but I think my first born, I didn't feel her kick until around 24 weeks.

Destiny posted this 21 March 2019

During my first pregnancy  I felt early kicks from my baby at 19 weeks and I felt the "real" kick at 22 weeks.

Betty posted this 06 May 2019

I was 14 weeks as well. It felt like a flutter!

Kathy posted this 07 May 2019

Once you start feeling it, it never stops like something rolling around like a fish!

rashelle posted this 07 May 2019

I felt flutters around 14 weeks and a good ol fashion KICK around 17 weeks

with my daughter it was different I was about 20-21 weeks before I felt anything

Ami posted this 08 May 2019

I believe I was right around 20 wks...several times before that I wasn't sure if it were kicks or if I just wished it were kicks!

Parris posted this 14 May 2019

I didn’t feel my baby kick until 16-17 weeks!

Michelle posted this 15 May 2019

I remember feeling some movement but it was what you would call uterus activity, and then actual baby kick by 4 months I think?

Ashley posted this 16 May 2019

16 weeks for me! I just thought it was gas at first lol

Pat posted this 16 May 2019

I felt it around 16 weeks or so. It was a precious moment because I was holding my niece at the time and then felt my baby kick.

olivia posted this 18 May 2019

I felt baby number 3 kick at either 13 or 14 weeks.

Ashley posted this 20 May 2019

It really varies based on which pregnancy it is as well. I felt subsequent pregnancies much sooner than the first baby.

brittney posted this 20 May 2019

18 weeks for me and they kept getting stronger every week!
