Anyone have any bright ideas about how to get through winter season with daycare germs. I just feel like every time we turn around our house is sick. We all take multi vitamins. Beyond that I am just not sure what else to do to help ease our struggles.

Echinacea and elderberry! Also taking probiotics helps too. When you have a healthy gut you will get sick less often as 90% of the immune system is in the gut. Do your research but I always give my kids elderberry when everyone else is sick and echinacea too. I also take vitamin d and probiotics and we get sick about 2 times a year.

I've heard elderberry syrup really helps!

I have also heard elderberry works wonders. However, daycares and schools pass around germs

I have read a lot about elderberry. But your child will probably get sick cause schools and daycare are full of germs

Try using On Guard oil from doTerra! I rub it on the bottoms of my girls' feet every night! Also probiotics, multivitamins, and a healthy diet!

Never heard of elderberry before. I'll definitely try this out when we decide to put our little one in daycare.

I have heard wonderful things about elderberry. I have not tried it. However, I fully understand about daycare as my son is currently sick. It is a never ending thing!

Elderberry really helped us. Also changing out of daycare clothes immediately when we get home and being really vigilant about hand washing.

Daycare germs is the worst!!! My toddler is currently sick, as I type this. The only thing I do special is wipe his hand downs prior to eating anything. I also lysol anything I can, randomly. But, even then, I feel like he still stays sick way too much!
