I feel the same way! I have gained a lot of weight in the past 2 months, and that rapid weight gain has really brought my self esteem down. Plus, I'm getting quite a few stretch marks already so I'm sure I'll look like a tiger soon.
I just try to focus on the parts of my body that I do like, and tell myself that I can drop the weight and get looking fit after baby is here. We'll have new workout buddies at that point!
I know it's rough, but you got this mama. You will look fit again.
